East Fannin Elementary School congratulates Kaylee Kinser and Kaylee Scarbary for winning the county-wide 2013 School Bus Safety Poster Contest. All Fannin County Schools participate to promote awareness of School Bus Safety Procedures. Kinser and Scarbary will represent Fannin County in the State Wide School Bus Poster Competition in the Kindergarten through second grade category and the third through fifth grade category respectively.
