Fannin County Middle School 8th grade teams have announced Students of the Month for March. Students are chosen by their academic teachers for this distinction. Qualifications for this honor include outstanding citizenship, good attendance, respectfulness toward faculty and peers, and a good academic standing.

Students chosen for March are: Ellie Ladd (Team 8A), daughter of Andrew & Donna Ladd of Blue Ridge; Cameron Pigott (Team 8A), son of Park & Kellye Pigott of Morganton; Autumn Durham (Team 8B), daughter of David & Kim Durham of Mineral Bluff; and Paul Walker (Team 8B), son of Jeff & Jennifer Walker of Blue Ridge.
