Mrs. Sandra Lynn Newman, age 65, of McCaysville, passed away April 24, 2012. Mrs. Newman was born December 18, 1946 in Polk County, TN to the late Carmel Newman and the late Thelma Pickelsimer Newman. She was a member of the McCaysville Church of God, she was preceded in death by her parents and one son Kenny Harris.

Survivors include: granddaughter, Skyla Allman, daughter, Shelby Harris, sister, Annette Newman, sister, Alice Moore, sister, Brenda Collis, brother, Hoyte Newman, granddaughter, Kendra Harris and great grandson, Noah Allman.

Graveside services: Thursday, April 26, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at the Crestlawn Cemetery with the Rev. Roger Hyatt officiating.
