Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day in downtown Blue Ridge with this festive parade filled with Irish spirit, creative entries, and plenty of green! Residents and visitors alike are invited to take part in one of Blue Ridge’s most colorful spring traditions.
Wear your best green hats, costumes, accessories, and festive attire to help turn downtown into a sea of green. The parade can be enjoyed anywhere along East Main Street and West Main Street. Find a spot early and enjoy the sights and sounds as the parade rolls through downtown. The parade will travel down East Main Street, turn left onto Mountain Street, then turn left again onto West Main Street, following West Main back to the starting point.
Want to join the parade? Parade line-up begins at First Baptist Church of Blue Ridge. Participants should arrive prior to 11:00 AM to get in place before the parade begins.
