Blue Ridge, GA- The Fannin County Rebels will find themselves in the single A classification at the start of the 2024 school year, meaning they will no longer be a part of Region 7AA as they have been since the 2020-2021 season.

Fannin will now be a member of Region 7A, joining the likes of Armuchee, Dade County, Chattooga, Christian Heritage, Coosa, Gordon Central, Gordon Lee, and non-football-playing Dalton Academy.

The Rebels will see their first action on the gridiron in a home scrimmage vs HWY 515 rival Pickens County on August 1st before kicking off their regular season on August 9th at Home.
