Player Of The Week

Writer’s Player of the Week- #78 Miles Johnson

Congratulations to Miles Johnson for being Team FYN Sports Player of the Week for Rebel Football!

Miles is a senior at Fannin County High School who is a defensive and offensive linemen on the football team. Not only has the senior played football all four years of high school, but he is also going on playing his fourth year of baseball for the school.

The senior has been awarded for his outstanding performance in football by earning the title of All Region for the past three years, an All State Honorable Mention, Lineman of the Year, and he has also been ranked in the Top 25 Linemen for the state of Georgia! Johnson has also been awarded in baseball by earning  a spot in All Region, and another All State Honorable Mention.

The dual athlete had an amazing game last night against Greater Atlanta Christian for Fannin as he made a lot of big stops and held the Spartan’s defense so that the Rebels could put the ball into action. Johnson proved to be an asset in the game as Fannin celebrated their seniors for senior night.
