Mrs. Judith Tomlinson Loudermilk, age 73, passed away on July 20, 2019 in the Life Care Center in Ducktown, TN from lung cancer. Judith was born in Decatur, GA on January 6, 1946 to the late Hugh Alexander Tomlinson and Imogene Gladden Tomlinson. She retired from Shaw Industries after a number of years of service. Her husband, Mr. James B. “Butch” Loudermilk, precedes her in death.
Survivors include her two children, Lisa and Jeff Payne of Blue Ridge, GA and Jeff and Lisa Loudermilk of Glen Allen, VA; sisters, Jeanne Smith of Turtletown, TN and Lynn Tomlinson of Ashland City, TN; grandchildren, Sierra Loudermilk, Anthony Loudermilk, William Loudermilk, Emma Payne and Clara Payne; nieces and nephews, David (Krista) Tomlinson, Nathan (April) Smith, Jeremy (Heather) Smith and Amber Pritchett; great nieces and nephews, Jed Smith, Destiny Smith and Jacob Smith, Kaitelyn, Alex, Haley and Lindy Tomlinson, Mason Pritchet and Cynthia Wilson.
Mrs. Loudermilk’s wishes were to be cremated. The family will receive friends at the Akins Funeral Home of Copperhill on Saturday, July 27, 2019 from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. For those desiring, memorial contributions may be made in her memory to the family to help defray final expenses.
