Eddie Morris Verner, age 59 of Copperhill passed away on Saturday, July 20, 2019 at Hospice of Chattanooga Care Center in Chattanooga, TN. He was born on April 13, 1960 in Copperhill, TN. Eddie worked as an auto mechanic for Johnson’s Garage in McCaysville, GA. He served in the United States Army. Eddie was preceded in death by his father, Jimmy Verner and son, Christopher Verner.
Survivors are two daughters, Jennifer Levins (Michael, II) of Manistique, MI and Stephanie Verner of Cartersville, GA; mother, Betty Sue Locke of Copperhill, TN; brother, Scott Verner (Tonya) of Old Fort, TN; sister, Jessica Verner of McCaysville, GA and grandchildren, Trinity Levins and Jordan Verner.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 27, 2019 from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Horseshoe Bend Park, Pavilion #2, 1156 River Road, Mineral Bluff, GA 30559.
