Margaret Riggins

June 9, 1921 – February 1, 2019

Margaret Raphael Riggins, age 97, of Blue Ridge, passed away February 1, 2019, at Pruett Health Care. Ms. Riggins was born June 9, 1921, in Kingston, NY to the late Ramond Cardone and the late Margaret Balestrieri Cardone. She was of the Methodist faith and was preceded in death by father, Ramond Cardone, mother, Margaret Balestrieri Cardone, spouse, Harold Riggins and son, Hal Riggins, Jr.

Survivors include a daughter & son-in-law, Suzanne & Luther Dixon, son, Raymond Riggins, three grandchildren, one great-grandchild, and longtime friend, Donald Jones.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, February 5, 2019, in Blackshear, GA. Interment will follow in Blackshear Cemetery.
