JoAnne Myers stopped by the show today to tell us about the Lake Blue Ridge Civic Association. She also wanted everyone to know about their upcoming event on Lake Blue Ridge. The 2nd Annual “Lighted Boat Parade”. This is an event on July 2nd this year that will start about 8:45 pm on Lake Blue Ridge where approximately boats lit up with lights and decorations will caravan from one point of the lake to another. There will be a contest for several different prizes so get out and get creative with your lights and decorations on your boats. If you are interested in having a spot in this parade please contact the Lake Blue Ridge Civic Association. We look forward to seeing all the fun and patriotic themed boats in this years parade.
