Fannin County High School FFA

Fannin County High School FFA members attended the 89th  Georgia FFA State Convention which was held in Macon on April 27-29. Montana Pearson and Tayelor Long served as official voting delegates. Seth Davis was named the state winner with his Nursery Operations Proficiency Award application. Seth received a plaque and $575.00 to help with travel to The National FFA Convention in October in Indianapolis, Indiana. His application will be forwarded for National Judging in June. Shelby Postell, Kayla Hipp, Brooke Crowder, and Alexis Ware accepted the State Champion Horse Evaluation Career Development Event Junior Division Team plaque. Montana Pearson was awarded the State FFA Degree. Other members attending were. Tyler Ford, Dakota Burk, Jesse Patterson, Tyler Jones, Asher Patterson, Hannah Cain, Aaron Walden, Hannah Cain, Tayelor Long, Kelly Locke, Hailee Mealer, Zachary Franklin, and Andrew Born.
