Mrs. Cathyrn Willene Chastain Collis: Obituary

Mrs. Cathyrn Willene Chastain Collis, age 80 of Kennesaw, formally of Fannin County, passed away Sunday, November 20, 2016 at Ross Memorial Health Care. Ms. Collis was born July 13, 1936, in Benton, TN to the late Rev. William Jeff Chastain and the late Lona Mae Campbell Chastain. She was a member of Grace Community Church, and was preceded in death by husband, Earl Collis, brother, Jefferson Chastain and granddaughter, Ashley Collis.

Survivors include: sons, Quinton Collis and Keith Collis, brothers, Rev. Bob Chastain, Charles Chastain, and Rev. Ron Chastain, grandchildren, Christy Collis Hay, Stephanie Bedsole, Sean Collis, and Cameron Collis.

Funeral services: Saturday, November 26, 2016 at 2:00 pm at the Mount Moriah Baptist Church with Rev. Bob Chastain officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends at the Mount Morriah Baptist Church Saturday, November 26, 2016, 12:00 Noon – 2:00 pm.
