City of Blue Ridge Investigation: Phase Two Findings

On Tuesday, June 14th, Jarrard & Davis released Phase Two Findings from its investigation into City Officials and a certain City Department.  The investigation began in December 2015 when Council Member Angie Arp contacted the firm about looking into the legality of Mayor Whitener’s residency.  Eight months and $26,635.32 later the investigation is finished.  The release of this document signals the end of the investigation.  In the upcoming days, FetchYourNews will be reporting analyses of the findings.
