Tea Party of Gilmer County Endorses John Williamson for State Senator in District 51

In the past the goal of the Tea Party of Gilmer County has been to present our members with information and let them make informed decisions about their candidate. But we now have a person who has been active in our Tea Party since it’s founding. We know John, we know his values and we know his vision for North Georgia.
So, the Tea Party of Gilmer County is proud to announce that we are endorsing John Williamson for State Senator in District 51.
John has always been a champion of the tax payers. John was one of the original founders of the Tea (taxed enough already) Party of Gilmer County and served as it’s chairman for several years. Georgia citizens have been hit with unprecedented tax increases during the last few sessions of the Georgia Legislature. Since 2010 we have seen our current representation in the Georgia legislature move away from the conservative visions of North Georgia and take up the causes of big corporations, the self interest of entrenched politicians, and the Altanta machine.
We trust John to restore conservatism in North Georgia.
Vote for John Williamson for State Senator in District 51.
