Mrs. Patsy Ann Bruce Heldt: Obituary

Mrs. Patsy Ann Bruce Heldt, age 73 of Loganville, passed away Sunday, May 8, 2016 at her home. Mrs. Heldt was born July 26, 1942 in Postelle, TN to the late Cecil Bruce and Bonnie Patterson Bruce. A member of the Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church in Postelle, TN, she was preceded in death by four siblings, infant brother, Cecil Bruce, Jr., brother, Max Bruce, sister, Marilyn Hamby and sister, Louise Breeden. In her spare time, Patsy enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren and she also liked to shop.

Survivors include: husband, Donald Lee Heldt, son, Paul Daniel Williamson, Jr., daughter, Pamela Ann Stephenson, son, Bruce Arthur Carthel Heldt, brother, Guinn Bruce, brother, William (Alley) Bruce, sister, Bobby Ruth Ashley, sister, Scellos Leavins, brother, Olin (Pete) Bruce, brother, Cecil (Sam) Bruce, two grandchildren, Chandler Briggs Williamson and George Alexander Bruce Stephenson. Also many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, May 11, 2016 at 2:00 pm at the Finch-Cochran Funeral Home with Bobby Nanney officiating. Interment will follow in the Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery. Pallbearers include family members, Bruce Heldt, Paul Williamson, Alex Stephenson, Briggs Williamson, Eric Morgan and Aaron Hood.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, May 11, 2016 from 12-2pm.
