Mrs. Sue Tipton: Obituary

Mrs. Sue Tipton, age 68, of Morganton, GA, passed away April 24, 2016 at her home. Born in Dalton, GA, she was the daughter of the late Willie Calvin Long and Lucille Evelyn Cavender Long. Sue had been involved in real estate for most of her working life and she had owned and operated Bowarrow Realty in Morganton, GA for nearly twenty years. Sue was a loving mother and grandmother who will be greatly missed by her family. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Mr. Bobby Long.

Survivors include her two sons and daughters-in-law, Michael and Julie Tipton and Mitchell and Dana Tipton and ; sisters, Linda Daves and Jane Beavers; grandchildren Shea and Lacey Tipton , Wiley Tipton and Willie Baldwin all of Morganton, GA; sister-in-law, Terry Long nieces and nephews, Calvin Long, Tayelor Long, Tony and wife Penny Daves and Jackie Self; special cousins, Brenda Evans and Judy Carlan; special friend of many years, John Foster; and many other nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.

A private family memorial service is planned for a later date.
