About the area – I am proud to let you know that Blue Ridge is a beautiful area with friendly people and a relaxed atmosphere.  Fannin County has so much to offer to everyone who wishes to have a home or property here, whether it be for a full time residence, vacation getaway, or simply for investment.  This small town in North Georgia is surrounded by clean, crisp air and everyone who visits falls in love with the rolling mountains and sparkling Lake Blue Ridge.  Other attractions include the Toccoa River, a variety of hiking and biking trails, and historic downtown which is the home of the Blue Ridge Scenic Railway as well as an abundance of antique shops, coffee houses, parks, and quaint restaurants.  Sounds inviting doesn’t it?
