WFES Upcycling Science Fair Visit from 3 Monkeys

The theme for West Fannin’s 4^th and 5^th grade Science Fair is “Upcycling”. Upcycling is reusing discarded objects or material in such a way to create a product of a higher quality or value than the original. Kitty Davis and Teddy Hill from 3 Monkeys Antique and Auction came in to demonstrate and explain “Upcycling” to our 4^th and 5^th grade students. They brought various examples from the store to share. Kitty did an amazing job teaching the students the concept of taking things with no value and making them into something others want and need.
