Daily Prayer: 08/16

“Therefore, my beloved, as you have always obeyed, so now, not only as in my presence, but much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling, for it is God who works in you, both to will and to work his good pleasure.” Philippians 2:12-13.Thank you, Father, for enabling us to put into good deeds the good that you have born in us. Our salvation is so wonderful that it must be lived out to advance the Kingdom. It is an awesome thing to say and feel that we represent you and your grace in our lives. Help us to sense today the glorious privilege of being servants in your vineyard.

We pray for you to work your will and pleasure in the life of this person who pauses for prayer. May your grace grant this one the joy of being a witness today, in Jesus Name.

Amen.
