Luke 18:17 “Verily I say unto you, whosoever shall not receive the kingdom of God as a little child shall in no wise enter therein.”
Dear Father in Heaven, we bow before you as your children. We love you because as our Father in Heaven you first loved us. Teach us to be as children dependent for everything in life upon you. We realize that we have nothing of ourselves, but that all we are and have is by your grace.
Give us a faith that is childlike: one that believes that all needs shall be supplied without worrying about it; one that responds in love to you without outside influence making any difference; and one that places ourselves fully in your care as does a little child.
At the time we are hurt and cry for you we know you will take us in your arms of love and shield us from the things causing us to be afraid. Help this one who needs you just now through Jesus name.
