WFES Students Participate in World Water Monitoring Challenge

On Tuesday, March 31, 5th grade students at West Fannin Elementary participated in the World Water Monitoring Challenge sponsored by TVA. Students tested water samples from the Toccoa River to determine pH level, dissolved oxygen, temperature, and turbidity. The data collected will be entered into the World Water Monitoring website so that comparisons can be made with our water and other water sources around the world.
