On or about March 21, 2015 at about 11:30 pm deputies with the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office were called to a Peachtree Community mobile home park to investigate a possible breaking and entering. While in route to the call a deputy observed a pickup truck which matched the description of a vehicle that was seen at the mobile home park.

When the vehicle was stopped for further investigation Thomas was a passenger in the vehicle.
