“O God, Thou art my God; early will I seek Thee.” Psalm 63:1Our Father in Heaven, whose understanding of our many needs is so personal, whose help in our many troubles is always sustaining, we praise Your Holy name for Your ever-present grace.

We live on such a low level spiritually at times when our lives could daily be enriched by prayer and communion with you. Help us to take time to be Holy, to spend time in your presence and be freed from the tensions that bind us so much; in the power of Christ.
