McCaysville, Ga – Almost 70 people gathered on Bridge Street in McCaysville on November 10th to participate in a walk to honor veterans.
After a time of reflection and remembrance, citizen Ed Vest sang Amazing Grace as a tribute to heroes who have fallen.
Once the hymn was sang, the McCaysville city police escorted the veterans and their families on the walk around town to honor American soldiers.
