According to authorities an adult male body was found earlier this evening in Pickens County. The body was discovered on Blue Bird Trail off Whorley crossroads. FYN spoke with Sheriff Donnie Craig who told us that the body was of an approximately 40 year old white male. The body is believed to be the individual reported missing yesterday from a near by area. A friend of the deceased told investigators he was searching this area for his friend because he had dropped him off nearby the previous day. Craig said they do not suspect foul play at this time and cause of death will be determined pending an investigation.
