Mr. Donald H. Carter, age 85, of Hiawassee, Georgia, passed away Wednesday, May 28, 2014 at his home in Hiawassee.
Mr. Carter was born in Lake Placid, New York, on October 1, 1928, a son of the late Clifford Henry Carter and the late Lillian Borden Carter.
