Lillie Faye Brown : Obituary

Lillie Faye Brown, age 67, of Ducktown, TN went home to be with her Lord Saturday morning, May 24, 2014.Lillie was a daughter of the late Joe and Floyd Patterson Muncher. She was retired from Levi’s after twenty years where she worked as a seamstress. She was a member of Mine City Baptist Church but recently had been attending Zion Hill Baptist Church. She was also preceded in death by siblings C.J.Muncher, George Muncher and Mary Alice Meredith.

She is survived by her loving husband of forty seven years, Claude Brown of the home; daughter, Angie and husband, Pastor Terry Gladson of Turtletown, TN; siblings, Tom Muncher of Arizona, Jack Muncher of Tennessee, Corrine Mashburn of Blue Ridge, GA , Betty Jo Chastain of McCaysville, GA; grandchildren, Amber Gladson, Tracy (Manuel) Patterson, Special grandchild, McKenna Stone; great grandchild, Alaina Patterson. Many other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be conducted Monday, May 26th at 2:00 p.m. from the Akins of Copperhill Chapel with Rev. Keith Smith and Pastor Terry Gladson officiating. Music will be by Ed Vest and Amber Gladson. Pallbearers include Matthew Kimsey, Dustin Brown, Jody Orton, Roy Tipton, Gary Gladson and Jan Brooks, Interment will follow in the Zion Hill Baptist Church cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Sunday evening from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Condolences to the family may be sent to www.akinsfuneralhome.com.
