Dorothy Jean Westbrook, age 85 of McCaysville, passed away January 28, 2014 at Heritage Health Care of Blue Ridge. Dorothy was born February 12, 1928 in Fannin County, GA to the late Tom Stepp and the late Callie Campbell Stepp. She was a member of the McCaysville Church of God. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Carl Buford Westbrook.

Survivors include: Brother & Sister-in-law, Betty & Roy Stepp, Brother, Edward Stepp.
