Mrs. Christine Stiles Morgan, age 79, of Cherry Log, GA passed away Wednesday, November 13, 2013 in the North Georgia Medical Center in Ellijay, GA.Mrs. Morgan was born in Fannin County, GA on October 26, 1934 to the late Clyde C. Stiles and Elvie Russell Stiles. She worked as a bus driver for Gilmer County Schools and was a member of Damascus Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband, Pete Morgan of Cherry Log, GA; son and daughter-in-law, Jacky and Brenda Morgan of Cherry Log; daughter and son-in-law, Debbie and Earl Holbrooks of Ellijay; sister and brother-in-law, Carol and Junior Beach of Blue Ridge; grandchildren, Jeremy (Lara) Morgan, Zachary Morgan, and Tammy Bowen; and great grandchild, Darby Bowen.

Funeral services will be conducted Friday, November 15, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. from the Akins of Blue Ridge Chapel with Rev. Billy Ray Queen and Rev. Carroll Holbrook officiating. Music will be by the Damascus Church Choir. Pallbearers will be Jeremy Morgan, Zachary Morgan, Ricky Beach, Randy Beach, John Charles, Terry Verner, and Greg Stiles. Interment will follow in Damascus Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday from 6:00-9:00 p.m.
