Cochran Funeral Home of Blairsville announces the death of Mr. William Black, age 75, of Blairsville, who passed away Saturday morning, October 5, 2013 in Union General Hospital. Mr. Black was a native of Brooklyn, New York, and was a veteran of the U.S. Navy. He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Margaret Ann L. Black, of Blairsville.
