Elisabeth Brock : Obituary

Cochran Funeral Home of Blairsville announces funeral services for Mrs. Elisabeth Naomi Reed Brock, age 35, of Blairsville, who passed away Monday evening, October 7, 2013 in Union General Hospital in Blairsville.Elisabeth was born in Concord, New Hampshire, on April 30, 1978, a daughter of Roger and Charlotte Reed. She was employed for many years with United Community Bank in Blairsville, as a Customer Service Representative. Elisabeth had attended Bob Jones University, and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree, with a major in Interior Design and a minor in Business. She attended First Baptist Church of Blairsville.

Elisabeth will be lovingly remembered by all, and especially missed by her loving family members: husband, Josh Brock, whom she married on March 30, 2002; her mother, Charlotte Reed, of Marble, North Carolina, and Pittsburg, New Hampshire; brothers and sisters-in-law: Todd and Denise Reed, of Scotts Bluff, Nebraska; Wade and Vera Lisa Reed of Rumney, New Hampshire; Dwight and Rosalie Reed, of Andrews, North Carolina; and John and Kathleen Reed, of Wentworth, New Hampshire; sisters and brothers-in-law: Donna and Danny Pullium, of Marble, North Carolina; and Sarah and Aaron Rediger, of Herndon, Virginia; many friends, numerous nieces and nephews and other relatives also survive.

Funeral services for Elisabeth have been scheduled for 3:00 PM Sunday, October 13, 2013, at Faith Baptist Church with Pastor Mark Ernst and Dr. Fred Lodge officiating. The following gentlemen have been selected by the family to serve as pallbearers: Wade Reed, Dwight Reed, John Reed, Todd Reed, Van Brock, Zach Brock, Mark Dressler, and Blake Phillips.

Burial will be in Union Memory Gardens Cemetery in Blairsville. Visitation will be at Cochran Funeral Home on Saturday, October 12, 2013, with the family especially meeting with friends between the hours of 6 until 8 p.m.
