Per the USFS 706-745-6928 Extension zero, Whitewater Center information is directly from James Whitener from the Cherokee National Forest Service Office who is located at the Ocoee Whitewater Center. List is below:

Ocoee Whitewater Center
Lakewood Boat Ramp (BR Recreation Area boat ramp is still open as it is a non-fee area) They can also launch at Lake Blue Ridge Marina (fee)

OPEN
Morganton Point Campground and Beach (private concessionaire )
Brasstown Bald Open (private concessionaire )
Blue Ridge Recreation is open (non fee area)
Lake Winfield Scott is open (private concessionaire )

For right now all Forest Service Roads are open as well as non fee areas.
