Snack in a Backpack and the City of Blue Ridge are coming together to help feed our hungry citizens.Snack has added another food pick up site for our summer food assist program, the Old Farmer’s Market.

Every Wednesday throughout July (except July 3) we will be distributing food to kids and their families from 11 am to 1 pm. Any food leftover will be taken to the community room at the Housing Authority and St. Luke’s pavilion across from the fairgrounds to be picked up at 2:00 pm. There is no ID required. The Chattanooga Area Food Bank has agreed to provide food for our program throughout the summer months until school has started.
