Mrs. Eula Knox, age 86 of Mineral Bluff, passed away June 17, 2013. Mrs. Knox was born April 28, 1927 to the late Werner W. Saylors and the late Roxie Ann Fortner. A member of Temple Baptist Church. She retired from Delta after 35 years of service, enjoyed making porcelain dolls, traveling and cooking. Her favorite pass time of all was spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by parents, Werner & Roxie Saylors, husband, Raymond Knox.
Knox is lovingly survived by her: daughter, Renee Hughes, grandson, Timothy Reichartt, granddaughter, Tammy Fricton, granddaughter, Tracy Unsworth, granddaughter, Tiffany Lecroy.
Funeral services will be held on Sunday, June 23, 2013 at 3:00 pm at the Temple Baptist Church with the Rev. Roger Beck officiating. Music provided by: Debra Cochran. Interment will follow in Morganton Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the Temple Baptist Church of Blue Ridge, Sunday, June 23, 2013 from 2:00 pm-3:00 pm.
