Mrs. Ocilla Beaver Barfield, age 86 of Peachtree City formally of Blue Ridge, passed away April 6, 2013 at the Southland Nursing Home in Peachtree City, GA.Mrs. Barfield was born December 15, 1926 to the late Buford and Stella Ward Beaver of Blue Ridge. She was preceded in death by a brother Waldo Beaver, and a sister Lola Beaver Howell.
Survivors include: son & daughter-in-law, Dennis and Doris Barfield of Morganton, GA, son, Denward Barfield of Blue Ridge, GA, daughter & son-in-law, Rebecca and Alan Henry of Peachtree City, GA, sister Nell and JC Jones of Chamblee, GA, sister, Jo and Foster Nelson of Marietta, GA, brother, Bill Beavers of Marietta, GA, three grandsons, four granddaughters, twelve great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Friday, April 12, 2013 at 1:00PM from the Henry-Cochran Funeral Home Chapel. Internment will follow in the Sugar Creek Baptist Church Cemetery
The family will receive friends at the Henry-Cochran Funeral Home Thursday, April 11, 2013 from 6:00PM till 8:00PM
