Katherine E. Dudding, age 100, member of Humphrey Memorial Methodist Church, native and long time resident of Charleston, West Virginia, passed away on March 28th, 2013 at Heritage Healthcare in Blue Ridge, Georgia.
Born in Charleston, West Virginia in 1912, she was the loving wife of the late Ernest S. Dudding. She was also the sister of the late Earl Walls of California, and the late Dr. Fred Walls Jr. of Florida.
She is survived by two daughters and son-in-law, Mary Sue Holloway (“Punky”) of Blue Ridge, Georgia and Kay A. Dawson and husband Larry of Charleston, West Virginia; three grandchildren, David Lee Dawson and his wife Julie of Scott Depot, West Virginia, Kathryn Lynn Land and her husband Byron of Bishop, Georgia, and Jason Earl Holloway and his wife Lesley of Ellaville, Georgia. She is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren, Kaylee Dawson, Caleb Land, Carly Land, Molly Holloway, and Cooper Holloway.
She will be buried at Grandview Cemetery in Dunbar, West Virginia on Friday, April 5, 2013.
Henry Cochran Funeral Home in Blue Ridge and Keller Funeral Home in Dunbar, West Virginia are in charge of the arrangements.
