Edmond G. Adams, known to many as Bud, was 73 years old and died at home of an extended illness on Friday, March 29th, 2013. He was originally from Warren, Ohio, but had lived in Florida most of his life and had retired to the Blairsville area 10 years ago.
He is survived by his wife, Lois; two daughters and their families, Dawn Miller and husband JR; with 2 grandsons, Joshua and Justyn, Suzanne and husband Matt and a granddaughter Ashely. Ed was the oldest of eight siblings, John Adams, of Franklin, North Carolina; Dorothy Brinton, Mike Adams, Evelyn Brindle all in Young Harris, Georgia; Janet Geir and Sharyn Hytrek in Bradenton, Florida and Gary Adams.
The body has been cremated and no services are planned at this time.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Cochran Funeral Home and Crematory of Blairsville.
