Mrs.Cleo Brackett, age 89, of Blue Ridge, passed away peacefuly March 13, 2013 at her home. Mrs. Brackett was born in Copperhill, TN, to the late Alonzo Quinn and the late Lula Mae Shearer Quinn. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church, and spent her life in the Copper Basin area. She loved to laugh, talk, debate, and travel. She was preceded in death by her husband of 49 years, William Clyde Brackett, Jr. She is survived by her son and daughter-in law, Bill and Peggy Brackett; daughter, Teresa Murray; and grandchildren; Susan Brackett Leach, Billy Brackett, and Christina Coronado; and great-grandchildren, Mackenzie Brackett, Jarid Coronado, Brianna Leach and Tyler Leach.
Services will be held on Sunday, March 17 with visitation at 2:00 PM and the service at 3:00 PM at the First United Methodist Church in Copperhill, TN.
