The Local Option Sales Tax (LOST) negotiations remain at a stand still between the county and the City of Blue Ridge.
Previously, FYN reported on the negotiations regarding the LOST. After speaking with Mayor Donna Whitener, we have confirmed that no further negotiations have occurred since the December 28, 2012 meeting and a court date is in the process of being scheduled.
FYN will continue to follow this process to provide the latest information regarding this matter.
