The annual Drive-thru Flu Shots program by Fannin County Health Dept. will be Wednesday. Fannin County Fire/EMS will have an ambulance stationed at the Farmer’s Market during the event, and members of the volunteer CERT Team will be assisting with traffic and parking.

Fannin Fire/EMS responded to the city park at the Blues and BBQ event on Saturday evening to a 57 year old man complaining of chest pain. After paramedics treated the patient on the scene, they transported him by ambulance to the Life Force Base in McCaysville, where he was flown to Erlanger Medical Center in Chattanooga, TN.
