Friday night, EMS responded to Mountainside Drive off of Dry Branch Rd where an 83 year old female had fallen down a set of stairs, sustaining multiple injuries. She was transported by ambulance to the Life Force Base in McCaysville, where she was then flown to Erlanger Medical Center.
