Mrs. Mary “Arlene” Harper, age 92 of Sugar Hill, passed away July 25, 2012 at Unihealth of Lanier in Buford, Ga.Mrs. Harper was born November 6, 1919 in Morganton, GA to the late George Collins and Laura Grant Collins. Former member of Concord Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by brother, Wayne Collins, brother, Clyde Collins, sister, Virgie Galloway, brother, Ben Collins.
Survivors include: son, Wendell W. Whitley, brother, Easton Collins, sister, Betty Daves, brother, Winston Collins, brother, Randy Collins, 2 grandchildren; Lamar Whitley & Laura Bishop, 3 great grandchildren; Ashley Jordan, Jessica Bishop, Logan Whitley.
Memorial services will be on Saturday, July 28, 2012 at 10:00 am at the Henry-Cochran Funeral Home.
The family will receive friends at the Henry-Cochran Funeral Home of Blue Ridge, Saturday, July 28, 2012 from 9:00 am until service at 10:00 am.
