Arrest Reports

Cleveland Church of the Harvest Pastor Henry “Hank” Davis has been indicted on two counts of sexual battery by a Polk County Grand Jury. Polk County Sheriff’s Detectives Brian Fields and Josh Stroud began an investigation into Davis after allegations surfaced that he had inappropriate sexual contact with a girl under the age of 16 while on a youth mission trip to the Parksville Lake area of Polk County.

According to reports, the victim was allegedly touched (inappropriately). The Sheriff’s office was notified once it was established that the alleged events occurred in the county.

Davis was picked up on July 13th by Cleveland Police Department and brought to the Polk County Justice Center. He was released on $20,000 bond but will be back in court on July 23rd.
