Christine Morrow, age 79, of Turtletown, TN passed away Friday, May 11, 2012. Christine was born in Polk County to the late William Dave and Martha Mae Wilson Hopkins. She was a homemaker who enjoyed doing crafts and sewing. She was of the Baptist Faith and also preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Wade Morrow and sister, Dorothy Morrow.
She is survived by daughters, Sue Morrow and Kim Wright, both of Turtletown, TN; brothers, Johnny Hopkins of Tate, GA, Ronnie Hopkins of Nashville, TN and Junior Hopkins of Turtletown, TN; sister, Helen Nix of Dawsonville, GA; grandchildren, Brandy (Jonathan) Locke, Chris (Cindy) Morrow, Brandon (Beth) Wright, Channon Morrow and Chassidy Morrow; great grandchildren, Destiny Anders, Journey Anders, Kylie Locke, Kaydence Wright, Marcus Locke and Mason Wright.
Funeral services will be conducted Monday, May 14th at 8:00 P.M. from the Akins of Copperhill Chapel with Rev. Richard Morrow officiating. Music will be by Janice Reid. Pallbearers include Channon Morrow, Chris Morrow, Brandon Wright, Jonathan Locke, Andy Morrow and Darrell Ledford. Kenton Kimsey and Albert Locke will serve as Honorary Pallbearers. Interment will follow Tuesday, May 15th at 11:00 a.m. from the Zion Hill cemetery.
