Virginia Lea Mull : Obituary

Mrs. Virginia Lea Mull, age 64, of Mineral Bluff, GA passed away Thursday, March 1, 2012 in the Heritage Health Care Center in Blue Ridge, GA.Mrs. Mull was born on September 9, 1947 in Copperhill, TN to the late Howard Holden and Nola Sutton Holden. She worked for the Dollar General Store and was a member of Union Baptist Church. She enjored flower gardening, loved the outdoors (especially going to the beach), and spending time with her family.

She is survived by her husband of 46 years, Jimmy Mull of Mineral Bluff, GA; children, Angie and Lee Cox of Blue Ridge, William and Ginger Mull of Mineral Bluff, and Jason Mull of Mineral Bluff; brothers, Donnie Holden of Clevlend, TN, and Charlie Holden and his wife Viola of Summerville, GA; siser, Marjorie Hembree of Cleveland, TN and Ethel Shipley of Nashville, TN; 6 grandchildren, Megan and Zach Campbell, Madison Cox, Makenzie Cox, Matthew Cox, and Austin Mull; and a canine companion, Charlie.

Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, March 3. 2012 at 2:00 p.m. from the Akins of Blue Ridge Chapel with Rev. Gerald Mathis and Rev. Kenneth Montgomery officiating. Music will be by Lisa Fields. Pallbearers will be Kenneth Setser, Chris Johnson, Terry Pelfrey, Michael Pierce, Scott Cruse and Roger Beavers. Interment will follow in Salem #2 Church Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home after 1:00 p.m. Friday but the family will especially meet with friends from 6:00-9:00 p.m.
