A day after going 1-3 in the Amicalola Duals Tournament at Dawson County High School, the Fannin Rebels wrestling team returned to Dawson and rebounded in a big way, placing six out of eight wrestlers in the Amicalola Traditional Tournament.Blake Carroll placed second at the 220 weight class, the highest place won by any Rebel. Mathew Lasley placed third in the same weight class. Fannin had two fourth place finishers, Ben Smith at 113, and Ben Graham at 195. Austin Collis placed fifth at 152 and Devin Green placed sixth at 145.
The Rebels next face Union County on January 3rd, the last Dual meet before the Area Duals, January 6th and 7th.
