David E. Danley : Obituary

Mr. David E. Danley, also known as Paul Really, age 63 of Benton, TN passed away December 18, 2011.Born in Pensacola FL, he was the son of the late Earl and Bertie Fleming Danley. He served in the United States Army and was a retired Police Officer. He was of the Church of God Faith and a member of the Conasauga Masonic Lodge #396. He was preceded in death by one son, Marion Gene Nobles and one sister, Joan Danley.

Survivors include his wife, Loretta Danley of Benton, TN; sons and daughter-in-laws, Greg and Heather Danley of Cleveland, TN, Jeff and Amy Danley of Benton, TN, Doyal Nobles also of Benton, TN, Larry and Tonda Stillwell of Gastonia, NC; daughter and son-in-law, Loretta and Roy Queen of Benton, TN; daughter-in-law, Sandra Nobles of McCaysville, GA; step brother Audrey Jackson of Brewton, AL; and eight grandchildren also survive.

Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday December 21, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. from the Akins Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Roger Burgess officiating. Interment will follow in the Chastain Memorial Park Cemetery with the following gentlemen serving as pallbearers: Donnie Turner, Ronnie Nicholson, James Wallace, Roy Queen, Gary Buford and Frank Welch. Masonic rites will be provided by Conasauga Lodge #396 and Military Rites will be provided by the North Georgia Honor Guard.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday evening from 6-9 p.m. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.akinsfuneralhome.com. Akins Funeral Home of Blue Ridge, GA is in charge of the arrangements.
