Bobby Crapps : Obituary

The Cochran Funeral Home of Hiawassee announces the death of Mr. Bobby M. Crapps, age 77 of Hiawassee who passed away Sunday, December 4, 2011 at Piedmont Health Care in Atlanta. Mr. Crapps was born on October 4, 1934 in Scotland, GA to the late John Samuel & Willie Lee Peavy Crapps. Bobby retired from the United States Airforce as a Master Sergeant after 23 years of faithful service to his country. He served 4 combat tours in Vietnam and was awarded a Bronze Star. He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Ruby Oliver.

He will be fondly remembered by all who knew him, but especially missed by his family: Loving Wife, Ruby Rose of Hiawassee; Daughter & Son-in-Law, Lisa Rose & Eric Parker of Baltimore, Maryland; Daughter, Laura Rose of San Diego, California; Brother, Edwin Crapps of Marietta, Georgia; Brother, Sam Crapps of Hiawassee, Georgia; 3 Grand Children and Many Nieces and Nephews also survive.

Memorial Services will be held at a later date.
