The Fannin County High School Rebels football team defeated the Murphy (N.C.) Bulldogs 34-28 in overtime when Blake Henry, scored his third touchdown of the night on a two yard plunge. Henry, who unofficially finished with 197 yards rushing, scored the winning touchdown after the Rebels defense forced and recovered a fumble on Murphy’s first overtime possession. The Rebels win, avenges a 55-21 lost suffered at the hands of the Bulldogs last year. Pics and highlight videos to come.
