The Akins Funeral of Copperhill announces the death of Richard Lewis Hampton, age 65, of Copperhill,TN, who passed away Monday, August 1, 2011.He is survived by son Todd R. Hampton; sisters, Joann Harold of Lawrenceville, GA; Charlotte Sue Martinez of Copperhill, TN; nieces and nephews.

A memorial service for Mr. Hampton will be announced at a later date.
